If eligible for return within 14 days of receiving it, the item must be unused and be returned in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our returns policy requirements. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back, we recommend you send back any returns using a signed for/tracked service so it gets back to us safely. io e te is not liable for any lost items.
Once we have received and checked the return it will be processed as quickly as possible to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded.
